RDNA 2 (Mendocino) · 2022
Radeon 610M is AMD's most basic integrated GPU built on the RDNA 2 architecture, found in Mendocino-based budget Ryzen chips. With only 128 cores and a 1.9 GHz boost clock, it sits below even AMD's own 780M and 680M graphics, aimed squarely at keeping costs down in entry-level laptops rather than delivering any real graphics performance.
It's suited to office work, web browsing, streaming video and very light, undemanding games - don't expect to run anything graphically intensive. Buyers who want to game even casually on integrated graphics should look further up AMD's lineup, toward the 660M or 680M.
Being RDNA 2 based, it also includes AMD's hardware ray accelerators and supports FSR 3.1, which adds AMD's software-driven Frame Generation on top of temporal upscaling - useful in theory, though with only 128 cores to begin with, there's little raw performance here for either ray tracing or frame interpolation to meaningfully build on.
