RDNA 2 · 2022
The RX 6650 XT is a 2022 refresh of the RX 6600 XT, keeping the same 2048-core configuration but pushing clocks and memory speed higher - up to 2635 MHz boost and 280GB/s of bandwidth over the unchanged 128-bit bus. The result is a modest but real performance bump within the same 8GB GDDR6 footprint.
Power draw climbs to 180W to support those higher clocks, still well within normal desktop PSU territory - there is no mobile version of this refresh. It is well suited to 1080p gaming at maximum settings, with light 1440p gaming also workable in less demanding titles.
Smooth 1440p gaming and solid creative app performance.
8 GB GDDR6 memory.
Push performance beyond base clock.
PCIe 4.0 x16
Mainstream desktop power draw with solid headroom for upgrades.
The AMD RX 6650 XT is a upper mid-range dedicated GPU with 8GB of GDDR6 memory, suited to mainstream gaming and everyday graphics tasks.
