AMD RX 6950 XT

AMD capped off its RDNA 2 generation in 2022 with the RX 6950 XT, essentially a higher-clocked RX 6900 XT with the same 5120 stream processors but faster memory - 576GB/s over the 256-bit bus, up from 512GB/s - and a higher 2310 MHz boost clock. It remained the fastest RDNA 2 card AMD shipped.

That extra speed comes with a higher 335W power draw, demanding a robust power supply and strong cooling in a desktop case - firmly enthusiast territory with no mobile equivalent. It delivers excellent 4K gaming performance at high settings in most titles, with the same ray tracing caveats as the rest of the RDNA 2 lineup.
