HD Graphics 4600 is Intel's integrated GPU for the 2013 Haswell generation, built on Gen7.5 architecture at 22nm with 20 execution units running from 400 up to 1100 MHz.
It improved on Ivy Bridge's graphics with better media decode and modestly higher 3D performance, making it serviceable for very light gaming and everyday tasks at the time, though like the rest of Intel's older integrated graphics on this list it's far below what current software expects.
