Ada Lovelace · 2023
The RTX 4070 Ti, released in 2023, pushes NVIDIA's Ada Lovelace architecture further with 7,680 CUDA cores on the same 192-bit, 12GB GDDR6X configuration as the regular 4070, giving it 504GB/s of bandwidth and noticeably higher clocks. It handles 1440p ultra settings with ease and is a genuinely capable 4K card in less demanding or DLSS-assisted titles.
At 285W TDP it asks more of case cooling and the power supply than the standard 4070. It sits just below the 4080 in NVIDIA's stack, aimed at gamers who want most of the 4080's performance without quite paying 4080 money.
Strong 1440p/4K gaming and demanding creative workloads.
12 GB GDDR6X memory.
Push performance beyond base clock.
PCIe 4.0 x16
Mainstream desktop power draw with solid headroom for upgrades.
